The BIO-SUSHY project proudly participated as one of 30 exhibitors at the EU Industry Days 2025, held on June 5-6 in Rzeszów, Poland. Organized by the European Commission with support from the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, this flagship event showcased cutting-edge innovations in sustainable industry.
At our booth, BIO-SUSHY highlighted its groundbreaking PFAS-free coatings for textiles, food trays, and glass cosmetic packaging. Our project coordinator, Dr. Mireille Poelman from Materia Nova, engaged with attendees, sharing insights into our Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD) approach and explaining how our eco-friendly coatings offer sustainable alternatives to harmful per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS).
