BIO-SUSHY at the 5th Stakeholder Workshop on SSbD
Partners of the BIO-SUSHY project participated in the 5th Workshop on Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD) held on December 5th and 6th. This two-day event, hosted by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) in alignment with the European Commission, brought together around 65-70 attendees on-site and 300 online participants to discuss and refine SSbD guidelines.
Our project coordinator, Materia Nova, and partners, 7P9, and Acumenist, contributed to the event. Dr. Thomas Exner (7P9) gave a presentation on “’Materials Life Cycle and Value Chains in Maps and data” during the session dedicated to feedback from stakeholders during the second testing period. 7P9’s presentation provided an overview of instance maps and data FAIRness within the scope of MACRAME and PINK projects while also connecting to the work carried out in the BIO-SUSHY project.
