BIO-SUSHY Selected as Exhibitor at EU Industry Days 2025 in Poland

We are thrilled to announce that the BIO-SUSHY project has been selected as one of the 30 exhibitors at the EU Industry Days 2025, Europe’s flagship event for industrial innovation and policy discussions. Hosted by the European Commission with support from the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, this prestigious event will take place on June 5-6, 2025, at the ZEN.COM Expo-Centrum Wystawienniczo–Kongresowe in Rzeszów, Poland
At our booth, we will showcase BIO-SUSHY’s work in developing sustainable, PFAS-free coatings for the textile, food trays, and glass cosmetic packaging industries. These coatings are designed to replace harmful per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS) with eco-friendly alternatives, aligning with the EU’s goals for sustainability and environmental safety. Visitors will have the opportunity to interact with our coordinator, Dr. Mireille Poelman (Matera Nova), to explore our safe-and-sustainable-by-design (SSbD) approach, learn about our progress in reducing environmental impact by 25%, and discover how our solutions are paving the way for a greener industrial future.
EU Industry Days 2025 will focus on key themes such as competitiveness and decarbonization, innovative industry, and increasing security while reducing dependencies. The event will feature parallel sessions, a Meet the Experts Corner for SMEs and start-ups, and a matchmaking platform to connect participants with new suppliers, customers, and investors.
