Presentation and Booth at the INDTech 2024

The BIO-SUSHY project participated at the INDTech 2024 conference, held from June 3 to June 5 in Namur, Belgium. This event brought together industry leaders, researchers, and innovators to discuss the future of smart manufacturing, sustainability, and advanced materials.

On Monday, June 3, the BIO-SUSHY project coordinator, Mireille Poelman, presented in Session 1, “A New Generation of Advanced Materials Fit for the Circular Economy.” Her presentation highlighted the work of BIO-SUSHY in developing novel PFAS-free coatings and their potential to drive the transition to a circular economy.

Throughout the event, BIO-SUSHY maintained a dedicated booth in the exhibition space, showcasing its innovative solutions and sustainable practices. The booth, part of a larger display of EU-funded projects, emphasized the collaborative efforts and cutting-edge research supported by the European Union. Attendees had the opportunity to engage with the BIO-SUSHY team, learn about the project’s advancements, and explore the potential applications of its sustainable coatings.

The INDTech 2024 conference proved to be an excellent venue for BIO-SUSHY to network with other professionals, exchange ideas, and highlight its contributions to the field of advanced materials and sustainability.
